Private beta support

Support contact details are being updated. For app issues during the private beta, use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight.

App issues

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and your iPhone and app version if you know them. Screenshots can help. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or private invitation links.

Accounts and privacy

Use Delete account in the app to start a deletion request. For information about account access, removal from the website request list, and access, correction, and deletion of your information, see the Privacy policy for details.

Content and copyright

Identify the track or content, explain the issue, and include a way to reach you. If you represent a rights holder, tell us which work is yours and your authority to act. We may ask for more information to investigate.

Private access

Website requests join the access-request list; they do not automatically grant admission. A TestFlight installation link and a Hypewire admission invitation serve different purposes. Contact us if you need help with either step.
